Thomas displayed strong commitment, while working on different assignments throughout his internship to date – he communicates very well to supervisors and does not hesitate to ask questions and speak up if something is not clear. He manages his time very well, informing his superiors if something is nearly done in order to not sit around idly waiting for new tasks. His time management is very good and he understands well when something is explained to him, so there is no need to repeat tasks and subjects again. He is progressing very well and is displaying a keen interest in the work he is doing.
